Improving worker's lives across the globe

The topic of worker’s rights has been rightfully achieving increased public awareness, in part due to the exceptionally cheap clothes we find on our high streets and also the growing number of reports on the subject.

The Ethical Trading Initiative exists to improve working conditions in the global supply chains. It is a unique alliance of corporate, trade union and voluntary sector organisations that collectively tackle difficult issues regarding worker’s rights.

In 2008 Karyx were invited to complete a full audit and redevelopment of the website. The original ETI site was launched in 2009.

Since the launch, we’ve continued to work closely with the ETI, setting up and consulting on their email marketing, carrying out further design and technical developments to the site, based on stats analysis and more recently taking some of their member processes online.

In 2012 we embarked on a wholesale upgrade of the ETI site, moving the core content management system from Drupal 6 to Drupal 7 and completely revamping the design and layout to better reflect the organisation as it is today.

OUR WORK & CLIENTS

We don’t take jobs just for the money. We don't bang out rubbish on the cheap. We don’t offshore.

We’re proud of our work and the people we do it for.

We’re quite picky about who we work with (ethics, not snobbery). That way we can maintain the levels of detail, thought, creativity and technical work that our reputation is built on.
